On 12 and 13 December 2025, the city of Porto will host a unique meeting between professionals in Orthopedics and Infectious Diseases: the Practical Update Course on Orthopedic Infection – Fracture Related Infections.
Over two days, the course will bring together more than 150 professionals from the fields of Orthopedics and Infectious Diseases, in a multidisciplinary environment of knowledge sharing, oriented towards clinical reality and everyday challenges.
This program offers a comprehensive and practical approach to fracture-related orthopedic infection, covering all stages. From diagnosis to treatment, including surgical strategies, use of local and systemic antibiotics, and support in making complex clinical decisions — with space for clinical case discussions.
