If you have already undergone tests such as X-rays, MRI scans, or other assessments, our medical team will meticulously review them to gain a complete understanding of your clinical situation.

Medical Report (optional)

After evaluation and upon request, we can provide a Medical Report where we discuss the results, provide recommendations, and clarify your queries.

Why Request a Second Medical Opinion?

A second medical opinion is a right acknowledged in the Patient Rights and Responsibilities Charter. It consists of "another opinion, issued by another doctor, which allows the patient to supplement or question the existing information about their health status, enabling them to make more informed decisions regarding the treatment to be pursued.

What is the Goal?

Requesting a second opinion is a legitimate practice for patients. It is not about evaluating or criticising the doctor, but ensuring you are making the best decision.

Divergent opinions should be carefully considered to validate one of the positions; the patient may approach both healthcare professionals and share the differing opinions. Discussion between them may lead to eventual consensus.

Scope of Practice

For relevance, a second opinion should be sought from someone who can be considered a true specialist in the specific area/problem.
