OSTEOARTICULAR INFECTION FELLOWSHIP
A distinctive approach
This fellowship is built around a truly multidisciplinary approach to osteoarticular infection, integrating Orthopaedics, Infectious Diseases, and Clinical Microbiology. The programme provides direct exposure to complex, real-world cases, reflecting the day-to-day practice of a highly specialised centre, and promotes clinical decision-making grounded in the best available scientific evidence and international protocols.
The trainee is fully integrated across all aspects of clinical care — outpatient clinics, inpatient care, surgery, and multidisciplinary meetings — gaining a comprehensive and structured overview of the diagnostic and therapeutic pathway.
In parallel, there is a strong clinical research component, with involvement in scientific projects and concrete opportunities to contribute to peer-reviewed publications.
